Assembly system for plastic clamp holders in fence posts

Assembly system for plastic clamp holders in fence posts for automatic processing. The plastic clamp holders are automatically fed via a vibratory conveyor with a linear system and placed on the fence posts. The metal blind rivet nuts are then automatically spun onto the setting tools via a gripper and pressed together. The setting heads can be continuously adjusted on a linear system to a distance of 40–500 mm in the longitudinal direction and 0–20 mm in the transverse direction. The finished fence posts are deposited by a robot. With protective enclosure, manual release, and piece counter.
