Electro-pneumatic double setting machine for doormat fastenings
Electro-pneumatic double setting machine for doormat fastenings for automatic insertion into textile mats. The plastic upper and lower parts are automatically fed and pressed in via a vibrating conveyor and conveyor belt. Both fastenings are set simultaneously. The setting units can be switched on or off individually via the control panel. The hole spacing can be continuously adjusted within a range of 150–500 mm. The textile mats can be positioned using adjustable back and side stops. With protective housing, electric foot switch, and piece counter.
