Freely programmable 4-fold automatic belt riveter
Freely programmable 4-fold automatic belt riveter for the automatic insertion of four different self-piercing rivets in a single operation. The rivets are fed and pressed in automatically via a vibration conveyor. All rivets are set automatically. The riveting units can be switched on or off individually via the control panel. Equipped with a quick-change device for the rivet feeders and tools. The pressure setting of the rivets is made via an adjusting screw on the lower tool. The X and Y axes can be programmed via a graphics program. The insertion device for the leather goods is always centered. With protective housing, electric foot switch and piece counter.
