Freely programmable automatic belt riveter
Freely programmable automatic belt riveter for the automatic insertion of self-piercing rivets. The rivets are automatically fed and pressed in via a vibration conveyor. Equipped with a quick-change device for the rivet feeders and tools. The pressure of the rivets is set via an adjusting screw on the lower tool. The X and Y axes can be programmed via a graphics program. The insertion device for the leather goods is always centered. With protective housing, electric foot switch and piece counter.
